| You must complete the registration successfully before submittiing abstract. After logging in, you can have your abstract submitted. If you can not register or can not log in when typing in a valid ID, password and verification image, contact the academy committee secretariat please. |

| Individuals, organizations and institutions desiring to present papers at the Congress are encouraged to submit an abstract of 150-200 words. After abstracts are reviewed by the committee and accepted, authors will be notified of submission of the full paper for peer review prior to the final submission. Papers are to be submitted through internet to: www.wceam-ims2008.org |

| All papers accepted for the Congress will be published on the official Congress CD and will be scientifically indexed. |
| Selected papers will be published in scientific journals associated with the Congress. |
| All abstracts of accepted papers will be reproduced in the Congress Handbook. |
